Bounty: Driving An Entrepreneurial Culture

Situation

Following a management buy-out, Bounty was under pressure to deliver results fast. A more entrepreneurial spirit and new ways of working were called for.

Action

We led an intense coaching programme for the senior members of the Bounty team.  A series of workshops were held to reach a common strategy and agree action plans for achieving the vision.

Result

The business exceeded all investor expectations and provided an excellent return for the partners and investors. Under new ownership the management team continues to drive an innovative and successful business model.
