There was a strong desire to use creative methodologies to drive new, proprietary innovation and thus competitive advantage. ActionA programme of workshops explored what counted as success and what as failure, and how that has changed. Using these parameters a culture of innovation was defined, planned and implemented in all the major world centres of exploration.
